Our rental period ranges from 1 month to 12 months, which will be specified in the rental agreement.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent can be paid on a monthly basis or prepaid (extra discounts available for prepayments!) Payment methods include: cheque, cash, bank transfer & EPS.
How do you guarantee my items’ safety?
We strive to provide the safest and most reliable storage environment by employing rigorous security system and taking all possible safety precautions, including but not limited to 24-7 CCTV system, fire alarm facilities, certified fire-proof doors. In addition, each warehouse is inspected by special personnel regularly to ensure all customers receive double protection.
What sizes can I choose from?
We offer units ranging from 8 to 120 sq ft! Larger sizes can be rented upon special request.
What storage services do you offer?
Other than traditional mini-storage units, we also offer special units designed for clothes and files storages. Additionally, we provide short-term storages for moving houses.
Are there forbidden items for storage?
Please refer to our T&C.
How do I end my agreement?
Simple! Just notify us by e-mail, SMS, or in writing 14 days before your expiry date. Our staff will confirm your application of withdrawal and prepare the documents. You will just need to return your access card and sign the documents, which can be done remotely.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, we will charge two months of the monthly rental fee as deposit, which will be refunded without interest within 30 days after we have completed your termination procedure.
Realised my unit rented is too small, can I change to a larger one?
Absolutely! If it is available, we are more than happy to offer it to you. The administrative fee for your first transfer will be waived.
What happens if I move out from my unit after the rental period?
If the move-out date exceeds the expiry date of the contract for less than or a week, we will deduct 1 week of the monthly rental fee from your deposit. (Hope this does not occur!)
